PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR CAMPUS PRINCIPALS
R.E.A.L. (Relationships Excellence Academic Accountability Leadership) monthly meetings provide campus principals with workshop style sessions that focus on time to analyze student performance data, review progress toward campus goals (attendance, passing rates), implementation of curriculum and assessment systems, intervention, whole child development, specialized learning, advance academics, and alignment of instructional practices with district expectations. During REAL meetings, district teams offer a structured, collaborative process that promotes alignment, informed decision-making, and reinforces shared ownership of student achievement across all campuses.
