Differences Between

Red Bull & Monster

Written by Dawid Chudy

Red Bull and Monster are 2 of the best known energy drinks, but there are some downsides with both drinks. Red Bull has about 75mg of caffeine, which is a lot, but, when you look at Monster, they have around 85mg of caffeine, which is 10 more mg than Red Bull. As a result, Monster has a stronger caffeine rush then Red Bull, which makes Monster better at keeping you awake and providing enough energy for a couple hours. Also, Red Bull and Monster both contain vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12.

In my opinion, I think Red Bull is a better energy drink with my experience of drinking them. Red Bull has a variety of flavors such as: Red Bull Cola, Yellow Edition, Orange Edition, Grapefruit Twist Summer Edition, Blue Edition, Green Edition, Red Edition, Coconut Berry Summer Edition, and many more. One of my favorite flavors is the Coconut Berry Summer Edition because the flavor makes you feel like you're on a sandy beach in the ocean. There are also many flavors of Monster that will make you like at least one of their flavors. Some of the flavors that Monster has are: Monster Hydro, Watermelon, Zero Sugar, Blue Ice, Purple Passion, Tropical Thunder, Hydro Super Sport Red Dawg, Hydro Super Sport Blue Streak, Rehab Monster, Rehab Raspberry Tea, Rehab Peach Tea, Rehab Orangeade, Rehab Tea + Lemonade, Rehab Strawberry Lemonade, Dragon Tea, Green Tea, Lemon Tea, Peach Tea, Raspberry Tea. I have tried all of these flavors but my favorite one is the Blue Raspberry Lo-Carb. This flavor doesn't have as much carbonation as the others which, in my opinion, makes the drink taste better.
