What a beautiful day to go outside and learn from some experts about science.
The "Naked Scientists" podcast linked below brings in experts to talk about extremely fast things in the world and how science explains them. You will only be listening from the 32:55 mark on (Snakes, Fast Cars, Light, Sound). In a Doc that you have created within this assignment you will answer the following prompts FOR EACH SECTION of the podcast. You will want to take notes on each section of the podcast. I suggest you stop and take a break to do so. You may work in small groups to listen and discuss, HOWEVER, your Doc is yours and only yours (no "sharing" of Docs).
Each section in your Doc will include:
Title of the podcast section (bold face and underlined)
What is the author’s main idea (the main point or claim they want readers to understand or believe)?
In three sentences, summarize the most important points made in the article.
What is ONE piece of evidence that the author provides to support his/her/their analysis or explanation of the main idea?
Include one image that relates to the topic or illustrates the science discussed.
*This Doc will have four total sections. They are snakes, cars, light, and sound.
