Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing

This apprenticeship is suitable for new or current staff who want to support the school community with their physical and mental wellbeiing. It typically takes 12 months plus the 12 week End Point Assessment period (EPA). The course is built of products to undertake while at work.

Our end goal is for you to achieve your qualification and feel confident in your ability. We’ll be with you every step of the way!

All activities are designed to develop apprentices in a way that is mutually beneficial to the school

Portfolio

This around 25 pieces of evidence that demonstrate the qualification standards. We support you to find the best bits of evidence according to your context but generally include:

referrals
local directory of support services
intervention planning and data

End Point Assessment

This is pretty much the same as what you have experienced throughout the programme; you will have a multiple choice knowledge test, an observation of you demonstrating your skills in practice and a professional discussion supported by your portfolio of evidence.

Maths and English

If you are over 19 years old there is no requirement to have Level 2 Maths and English qualifications; however if you would like to complete these alongside your apprenticeship we can offer these - all still free!
