This class is in charge of filming home football games and a few home basketball games, all of which are streamed live through their YouTube channel.

During class time, students create their own projects to film. Past projects include the short film, Weston Black, written and directed by EHS alum Spencer McClure; #SchoolProbz created by sponsor Julie Jones; The Office Parody written and directed by senior Blake Wiebe; Drake & Josh Remake directed by EHS alum David Williams; and KTA videos for competition.

Josh Staats wrote, directed, and starred in the 2018 KTA video entitled "Keep It In Your Pocket", which finished in the top eight of the state.

"The Video Production and AV fundamentals taught me how to edit videos and work AV equipment, which have both come in handy outside of class.

I chose AV fundamentals because I thought that it looked fun, I've been in the video production class sense.

I've definitely improved, I went from crappy scripted interviews to doing the school news. Behind the camera I am more familiar with how greenscreens and mics work. I was even watching the news recently and noticed that the greenscreen effect could be better with different lighting. It's a fun class"
