What is National Honor Society?

The National Honor Society is the most elite club at El Dorado High School. NHS is full of elite students who take pride in community service and helping out El Dorado High School in several ways such as fundraisers and family events.

How do I become a member?

To be a member of NHS you must attain a 3.5 GPA, be involved in multiple school activities, and have completed community service. If you uphold these requirements, then a letter of invitation to apply will be sent to you. You will then have to provide a letter of recommendation, a list of school activities you are involved in, and an essay of how you exhibit the four pillars of National Honor Society which are Character, Leadership, Service, and Achievement.
