Regarding the use of iPads and smartphones these rules apply to all LAML students.
I recognise that my iPad is purely a work tool: I only use it for lessons and for learning.
My iPad is not for playing games, not even between lessons or after school.
I obey the laws and handle data sensibly (photos, videos, sound recordings...). The iPad is only used for school purposes. People I want to take pictures or videos of, including friends, must explicitly agree to this. They must be aware of what I will use these recordings for. As a reminder: It is strictly forbidden by law to use photos and videos of people on social media if they have not expressly authorised it.
The iPad does not belong to me. I must take good care of this expensive school equipment and I am personally responsible for the iPad, charger and Pencil.
I always bring my iPad and Pencil to school fully charged.
I organise my documents as required by the teachers of the various subjects.
I know that it is scrictly forbidden to do anything on the iPad other than what is required in class. For example, I am not allowed to chat with others.
I am not allowed to download apps on to my iPad unless the teacher explicitly authorises it.
Status messages from installed apps on the lock screen are prohibited: They interfere with learning.
I only use my iPad when instructed to do so by the teacher. I must put my iPad away if the teacher asks me to do so.
The use of YouTube or social media is only permitted if the teacher explicitly authorises it.
I may only use the projector if the teacher allows it.
If I work with the iPad during the lesson, it must be logged into the LAML WiFi Wlan.

Access to the accounts through a web browser
The eLAML account is a Google Workspace account managed by the LAML IT service. You can log in using the following links:

If you are already using a personal Google account, please make sure to sign out of that account before logging into the eLAML session to avoid confusion with virtual identities.
The school.lu account is a Microsoft Exchange account managed by CGIE and is accessed through the IAM account. To access the services offered via the browser, you can log in using the following link:

With Screen Time, you have access to reports on how much time your child spends on their iPad and can set time limits. Screen Time allows you to track how long your child is using apps, visiting websites, and more. This way, you can make informed decisions about device usage and set boundaries when needed.
On your child's One2One iPad, you can make settings directly on the device!
ATTENTION: Enter a passcode for the Screen Time settings that your child does not know.
LAML has created the LAMLnews app, which is available on the App Store and the Play Store. It contains all the current information for the students.
Access to the app is restricted to eLAML account holders, including students, teachers, and school staff.
You can download the application from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
General rules
All LAML students are subject to the same rules for using iPads and smartphones.
iPad
I acknowledge that my iPad is a purely educational tool: I use it only for class and learning purposes.
Therefore, my iPad is not for playing games, even between classes or after school. I follow the law and handle data responsibly (photos, videos, audio recordings, etc.). The iPad is used solely for educational purposes.
I must obtain explicit consent from individuals, including friends, before taking pictures or videos.
They must be aware of how I intend to use these recordings. It is important to remember that it is strictly prohibited by law to use photos and videos of individuals on social media without their explicit consent.
The iPad does not belong to me. I am responsible for taking good care of this expensive school equipment, including the iPad, charger, and Pencil. I always bring my iPad and Pencil to school fully charged.
I organize my documents as instructed by the teachers of different subjects. I understand that it is expressly prohibited to use the iPad for purposes other than what is required in class. For example, I am not allowed to chat with others.
I am not allowed to download apps onto my iPad unless the teacher explicitly permits it. Status notifications from installed apps on the lock screen are prohibited as they disrupt learning.
I use my iPad only when instructed by the teacher. When the teacher asks, I put my iPad away. Using YouTube or social media is only allowed if the teacher explicitly permits it.
I may only use the projector if the teacher allows it.
When I use my iPad during class, it must be connected to the LAML WiFi network.
Smartphone
I only use my mobile phone during the 15-minute breaks and lunchtime.
Before the start of the lesson, I completely turn off my smartphone.
7e - 5e: I place my smartphone into the laptop cupboard without being prompted before the start of the lesson.
4e - 1ère: I put my smartphone in my school backpack before the start of the lesson.
