By choosing to teach, you have embarked on a journey that will challenge and fulfil you in incredible ways. You will teach our amazing students to think, to learn, to grow, to treat others with compassion, to care and most importantly, to make a difference in the world. You will shape our students' lives and in turn play an integral part in shaping our nation. 

My dear teachers, you are and you will continue to be our greatest resource at Ekya and at CMR NPS. I want to assure you that each of your Head of School, your coordinators, the ELC members, senior colleagues and I are fully committed to your professional growth and development. We want you to excel and fulfil your purpose as an educator and I trust your potential. 

Each student that walks into our classrooms deserves nothing less than our very best.
