Managing faculty, staff and students studying within the School as decentralized by the principal;
To plan and organize the implementation of educational and training activities according to the School's strategic plan. The development of curriculum, syllabus and teaching materials must comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Planning and organizing the implementation of scientific and technological activities and international cooperation; cooperate with science and technology organizations, manufactures and business establishments related to the training industry, and mobilize the participation of enterprises in the training process of the faculty;
Develops a plan for the development of lecturers, training disciplines, facilities for training and scientific research, and enhance conditions to ensure training quality;
Elaborating and organizing the implementation of political, ideological, ethical and lifestyle education for lecturers, faculty, staff and students; to make plans on training and fostering to develop professional skills for lecturers, faculty and staff of the BBS;
Organizes the evaluation of lecturers, researchers in the faculty and participate in the evaluation of School administrators as prescribed by the School.
The Vice Dean of BBS is primarily responsible for assisting the Dean of BBS and works closely with the Dean on BBS leadership and management matters, and deputies for the Dean of BBS
Vice Dean Responsibilities :
Acting for the Dean when the Dean is absent officially
Assisting the Dean in supervising faculty, administrative staffs and coordinating the implementing of teaching, research and community engagement plans of BBS
Participating in the development of strategic directions and monitoring of progress of the BBS strategic plan
Participating in and contributing to BBS and EIU-wide committees as required
Managing and developing the curriculum of BBS in collaborating with academic coordinators of concentration, and directors of research lab and various committees organized at BBS:
Advising and assisting the Dean to ensure adequate mechanisms for the management of students and alumni of BBS
Additional duties requested by the Board of Director of EIU and the Dean
Be responsible for the content, quality, teaching progress of all the courses assigned in the program specification of business administration, in accordance with the general teaching plan of the school and the university.
Design and improve the content of the courses; organize the compilation of textbooks, lecture-notes and reference materials for courses assigned by the dean and the president.
Innovate teaching methods; organize testing and assessing students' learning process and results as stipulated by the university’s regulations.
Conduct scientific research and technological development, carrying out scientific and technological duties planned by the school and the university.
Build plans for faculty development; train and foster teaching staff and researchers in the department.
Assess administrative work, teaching activities, scientific and technological activities of individuals, department and school as requested by the dean, the president and the university council.
Working hours: 40 hours/week.
Teaching relevant courses as assigned by the school
Apart from teaching activities, lecturers have to do tasks assigned by head of the major, dean/vice dean of the school.
Developing teaching plan, syllabus and relevant teaching materials
Advising final project/capstone project when requested
Assessing students’ learning activities.
Proctoring testing activities (quiz, midterm test, final exam,…) as requested by the school
Getting involved in researching activities: publish research articles both in domestic and international journals
Attending academic conferences, workshops/seminars both domestically and overseas
Joining student recruitment activities of the school/universities when assigned
Provide and undertake routine administration process of BBS directed by Board of Directors of EIU, AAO.
Work closely with BBS Faculty and OIA
Handle international affairs
Making work-agenda for international visitors
Assist the students’ activities
Monitor courses offered by BBS, arrange and manage necessary process for corresponding tasks including grading, exams, class-attendance, reporting and keeping records
Attend and assist BBS events
Conducting tutorial sessions, seminars and laboratory classes
Preparing and delivering regular lectures for students
Guiding class discussions, whilst encouraging debate and feedback amongst students
Preparing and marking student assignments, essays, exams and providing one-on-one feedback on academic performance where necessary
Compiling bibliographies of relevant materials for class reading assignments

By the end of the academic year 2024-2025, Becamex Business School has a total of 86 employees (including 2 Associate Professors, 24 Doctors, 57 Masters, and 3 Bachelors). Specifically, the organization structure of BBS was summarized as the following:
