1. Organization and Team Development:
Recruitment ensured the ratio of lecturers with PhDs or currently pursuing PhDs reached approximately 29.3%.
Performance appraisal activities were implemented for all lecturers according to EIU regulations.
Appointed Dr. Vu Thi Hong Nhung as Director of the Finance major.
100% of lecturers participated in at least one mentoring activity or professional workshop.
100% of documents were digitized on the DMS (Central Hub) system.
Currently, 01 personnel is undertaking Master's studies and 03 personnel are pursuing PhD degrees.
2. Academic Training:
The MBA (Master of Business Administration) program development followed the set roadmap.
Graduation Statistics: A total of 188 students graduated in 2025 (29 in Phase 1, 98 in Phase 2, 38 in Phase 3, and 23 in Phase 4).
The post-graduation employment rate reached over 85%, with about 40% working in their specialized fields.
Innovative Methods: 100% of modules applied modern methods like Interdisciplinary Learning (ICPC 200), Project-Based Learning (BUS 496, MKTG 467), and Experiential Learning (BUS 381, BUS 378, UNIV 111).
Blended Learning: Implemented through interactive activities on Moodle and preparation of Pre-MBA study videos.
All lecturers achieve at least 288 hours per year.

3. Student Affairs
Advising: Over 90% of students participated in academic and professional advising activities.
Internships: More than 85% of final-year students participated in internships. 100% of interns received positive evaluations from businesses.
Extracurricular Activities: Organized field trips to companies like Panasonic Vietnam and Ashley Furniture. More than 30 programs and events were held, including major competitions like Future Makers 2025 and BBS Case Competition 2025.
4. Scientific Research:
Projects: 38 institutional-level research projects were registered (32 by FTLs, 8 by students).
International Publications: 37 research works were published in prestigious international journals (ISI/SCOPUS list).
Domestic Publications: 13 works were published in domestic scientific journals (e.g., Review of Finance).
Conferences: 19 research works were presented and published in international conference proceedings.
Publications: One teaching material was published by Ivey Publishing in June 2025.
5. Connectivity and Community Service
Organized at least 02 specialized seminars per year related to ESG and business management.
Maintained and expanded the Business Advisory Council and Alumni network.
6. External Affairs and Cooperation
Expanded international cooperation with activities increasing by at least 20% compared to the previous year.
Organized study trips and exchange programs in Tokyo (Japan), Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Collaborated with international partners such as Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore), Singapore Polytechnic, National University of Singapore (NUS), and Khon Kaen University (Thailand) for internships and academic exchanges.
7. Quality Assurance
The AUN-QA accreditation and quality assessment work were implemented according to plan.
Completed the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) on schedule and built a full evidence system.
Student satisfaction surveys for teaching reached an average score of 4.7/5.0.
8. Others:
BBS's routine activities and discipline are maintained regularly under the close supervision of the BBS leadership. Ensuring teaching hours, professional conduct, and adherence to the University's general regulations are always emphasized during meetings. Department heads and program coordinators are required to provide frequent reminders to all lecturers.
Timely visits and encouragement for staff members regarding personal matters (such as funerals or weddings) are always prioritized. Simultaneously, charitable activities and community support initiatives are actively promoted, contributing to the welfare of both the community and society.

Training activities are implemented to ensure all assigned targets are met, alongside promoting innovative teaching methods through the integration of Blended Learning and Experiential Learning models.

Student Support and Partnerships: In addition, BBS strengthens student support activities by perfecting and enhancing the effectiveness of the academic advising system, ensuring students receive timely career orientation and select majors that align with their abilities and personal goals. Simultaneously, BBS proactively expands international cooperation and strengthens connections with enterprises to build an increasingly extensive and effective network for internships, consultancy, and student exchanges.

Quality Assurance and Digital Transformation: Ensuring educational quality according to international accreditation standards such as AUN-QA and AACSB, along with promoting digital transformation in management and training, are identified as core, continuous tasks. These efforts contribute to sustainable development and enhance the BBS's position within the higher education system.
