An especially energetic moment of the program was the open Q&A, where BBS students raised thoughtful questions about career orientation, managing workplace pressure, and strategies for navigating an increasingly volatile job market. The speakers responded candidly and constructively, offering perspectives that helped students see their futures more clearly and approach their next steps with greater confidence.
