In celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8th, 2026), Becamex Business School (BBS) at Eastern International University (EIU) organized a warm and meaningful gathering to honor the remarkable women of the BBS. The event was an opportunity to recognize the dedication, professionalism, and inspiring contributions of female lecturers and staff who play an essential role in shaping the academic environment and guiding future generations of students.

The celebration was held in a friendly and joyful atmosphere, bringing together faculty members to share moments of appreciation and connection. During the event, representatives of the BBS’s leadership expressed sincere gratitude to the female lecturers for their commitment to teaching, research, and student development. Small but thoughtful gifts were also presented as tokens of appreciation, reflecting the respect and recognition for their continuous efforts and contributions to the growth of the BBS.

In the joyful and vibrant atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, faculty members and staff of Becamex Business School (BBS) participated in the New Year Gathering 2026 and the Tree Planting Ceremony, organized at Eastern International University (EIU). The event marked a meaningful occasion for the university community to welcome the new year, reflect on the achievements of the past year, and set strategic directions for the year ahead.

A special highlight of the program was the traditional tree planting activity, which symbolizes renewal, sustainability, and long-term development. Representatives from different faculties and administrative units joined the ceremony by planting trees around the campus, contributing to a greener and more sustainable learning environment while reinforcing the university’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for faculty members to look back on the key milestones achieved in 2025. Throughout the year, BBS continued to strengthen its commitment to high-quality teaching, impactful research, and student-centered learning. The BBS actively promoted innovative teaching approaches, expanded collaboration with industry partners, and encouraged research initiatives that contribute to both academic advancement and practical applications.

In addition, BBS remained dedicated to supporting student development through experiential learning. Various academic activities, including workshops, industry talks, career seminars, and project-based learning opportunities, were organized to help students connect theoretical knowledge with real-world practice. These initiatives not only enhanced students’ academic capabilities but also helped them develop essential soft skills needed in today’s dynamic labor market.

The New Year Gathering and Tree Planting Ceremony fostered a strong spirit of unity, collaboration, and shared commitment among faculty members and staff. As BBS enters the new academic year, BBS remains committed to advancing academic excellence, strengthening industry engagement, and contributing to the sustainable development of Eastern International University.

On December 13, EIU UniGames 2025 officially commenced, bringing a vibrant and competitive sporting atmosphere to EIU. As an annual sports festival organized by the Office of Student Affairs in collaboration with the University Youth Union and the University Trade Union, EIU UniGames has become a signature event that fosters unity and vitality across the campus community.

The event aims to promote physical fitness, encourage a strong culture of training and sportsmanship among lecturers, professional staff, and students, and create opportunities for interaction and connection across different units of the university. Through diverse sporting activities, the event contributes to improving overall health while nurturing a dynamic, positive, and healthy campus culture.

In addition to the energetic competition atmosphere, BBS achieved remarkable results at EIU UniGames 2025, demonstrating strong teamwork, discipline, and sporting spirit. BBS proudly earned the following achievements:

• Third Prize – Men’s Doubles Badminton

• Second Prize – Mixed Doubles Badminton

• Second Prize – Pickleball

• Third Prize – Pickleball

• First Prize – Football

These achievements reflect the dedication, perseverance, and unity of BBS lecturers, staff, and students, while highlighting the BBS’s commitment to balancing academic excellence with physical well-being and active participation in campus life.

In preparation for the donation trip, BBS faculty, staff, and students united to collect and pack essential supplies, including medicine, hygiene items, personal necessities, clothing, and learning materials. Through the collective generosity of our community, a meaningful amount of support was gathered and thoughtfully organized into care packages.

The packing session became a warm and lively moment of teamwork. Members across BBS worked side by side—sorting, arranging, and assembling each package with care and compassion. This collaborative spirit reflects the values at the heart of BBS: solidarity, empathy, and the desire to uplift those in need.

More than a charitable project, this initiative showcases how education and community can come together to create positive, real-world impact beyond the classroom.
