BBS currently operates the EIU Central Hub system, featuring an Online Leave Request module. With this feature, lecturers no longer need to print or manually write leave applications; instead, the entire process is conducted online, significantly saving time. The system allows BBS members to conveniently track their remaining leave balance and approval status. Simultaneously, leadership can easily manage, archive, and approve requests directly on the platform, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the human resource management.
