We had a lovely afternoon sharing our favourite story book with the year 5 children. They also brought a story book that they had created and read it to us. Thanks Year 5. We had a lovely time.

Well done to all the children for making such an effort to dress up for 'World Book Day'. You all looked fabulous. We had a great day taking part in a parade. We got to see what everyone had dressed up as in Reception, Year1 and Year2. We also went to listen to a story of our choice before lunch. We also enjoyed listening to many new and exciting stories in our classroom. We look forward to sharing our story choices over the next couple of weeks.

This week we are practising logging onto PurpleMash and then choosing the programs that interest us most.

We have been designing our own robots out of a range of materials including Lego, junk modelling materials and metal objects.

As part of our topic of 'Growing things' we are learning about animals which are born and grow in Spring.
We will be paying weekly visits to the pond to check on the frogspawn.
