The power of the retreival depends on factors such as level of challenge, time between retreival and orginal encoding
IMPACT: Research CONSISTENTLY indicates that students who participate in low stake quizzes as a form of retreival practice will outperform similar peers who did not or used a re-reading of notes strategy by at least 10% on final exams
