P&C meetings are a forum to listen and speak about matters that involve the whole school community. We encourage you to join us at a meeting, to get involved, meet other parents and find out what’s happening at school; general news, events, issues, and policies. Meetings are held at 6pm twice a term. All are warmly welcome to attend in person or via Zoom! 

Membership 

Membership is open to all parents and carers of students attending the school. Becoming a member entitles you to be involved in the decision making of the NHSPA P&C. The membership fee is $10 annually (expiring in November each year). You can become a member by completing our membership form here: https://forms.gle/sBVMAHUHkbDqp3tN8  

The form contains details about how to pay the membership fee. 

Donations 

Donations are the P&C’s main source of funding, and we ask all families to make a $50 donation each year. There are very few fundraising activities conducted during the year. You can donate to the P&C anytime by making a deposit to our bank account

All donations made to the NHSPA P&C are used to fund items or initiatives in consultation with the school to ensure that our children have the very best facilities and educational opportunities possible. Items purchased in the past include the new school bell and PA security system, large fan in the gym and fold away seats in St George’s Hall. 

Throughout the year we run and assist the school with a number of events--such as the Year 7 Welcome, running a cafe for many student performances, working bees, and secondhand uniform sales. We look forward to hearing all your ideas for other ways we can support or contribute to the NHSPA community!
