Welcome to Edon Northwest Elementary!

I am looking forward to welcoming you on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 18th. Our elementary school serves students in Preschool through Sixth Grade, and our dedicated staff is committed to providing your child with a rigorous curriculum aligned with Ohio's New Learning Standards. We believe that all students can learn and succeed.

The relationship between school and home is a critical component of academic success. Our teachers will make a concerted effort to communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress. We encourage you to talk with your child about their learning and to reach out to their teachers with any questions or concerns. Our students will benefit greatly from our combined efforts and shared commitment to their growth.

Student Expectations

We expect all of our students to make good choices, work hard in the classroom, and be active participants in their own education. By engaging in class, respecting others, and being positive members of our school community, students will help make Edon Northwest Elementary a great place to learn and grow. We want all students to demonstrate Bomber P.R.I.D.E. both inside and outside of the building.
