Free Student Meal Information
The embedded document to the right provides important information about the Seamless Summer Option program which will begin on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. This program will allow for all students who attend Edon Northwest Local School district and who choose to eat at school to receive a free breakfast and lunch. Revised Williams County Decision Making Tree
The embedded document is the revised Decision Making Tree from the Williams County Health Department. This document will be utilized to guide district actions in instances related to student illness with the potential for COVID-19. All revisions are highlighted in yellow for your review.
Revised Edon Northwest District Re-Opening Plan
The embedded document is the Edon Northwest Local School District Re-opening plan that has been developed to align with the Williams County Schools Agreement. All changes to the document are highlighted in yellow for your review and reflect the Order from the Interim Director of the Ohio Department of Health that was published on Friday, August 14th (https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/static/publicorders/DO-K-12-facial-coverings.pdf ). We have planned to be in school, five days per week, with the first student day being August 19th. This plan has been collaboratively developed and we continue to reassess and make decisions based upon the guidance as it is made available to us. Through this process, we are striving to ensure the safety of all of our students and staff. We will continue to provide updates as we are able and with the intention of providing transparent communication to our families, students, and staff. Revised Williams County Schools Common Re-Opening Agreement
The embedded document is the Williams County School Re-opening plan that has been developed as part of a collaborative effort between the county superintendents and the Williams County Health Department. This document has been updated and revised to allow for flexibility in the event that the county would reach "red" status as indicated by the Ohio Public Health Advisory System. All changes to the document are highlighted in yellow for your review. Through this process, we are striving to ensure the safety of all of our students and staff. Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement
The State of Ohio, the Governor, the Ohio Department of Education, and other state-level defendants to a class action lawsuit have reached a proposed settlement and have requested our District's assistance in informing students and parents of the proposed settlement.
