For Year 11 students, you should do a check of your academic record and visit Fiona in Careers in Semester 2. To graduate you must also have good attendance (for more info go to 'Student Services'). Making sure you are keeping track of your absences. Remember you will be sent an update each week (for more info go to 'Classes 101').
For Year 12 students, checking your 'Total Eligible Completed Units' (aka your points) at the top of your Academic Record will allow you to track your progress. Remember to check that you have the right combination of majors and minors for you selected package option (T or A).
Ensure that you have enough points to graduate your package (A or T) and check with Student Services to ensure all is in order.
Check Academic Record, make sure you have all your classes and r-units on it.

Complete a Green Form/Leavers Form -This process is recommended to be completed in Week 18. Return your Chromebook with its accessories, download your classroom drive in-order to access school work after graduating & sign off the at the library.
Towards the end of college you will need to give back your Chromebook and will no longer be able to access your school account in the new year. If you wish to keep any work created in your school Google Drive, transfer this to a personal device or download it. Here's one way to do so!

Star all items you want to keep and then go to "Starred" or if you want to keep all items go to "My Drive".
After selecting all items, right-click and then click "Download" and all documents should begin to download as a zip file.
Drag all downloads to USB or hard-drive and eject it safely.
Note: it's best to do this as you go through college to save time at the end!
At the graduation ceremony at the end of the year.
From the Front Office - available the day after graduation until the 2nd week of February.
If you cannot be in person to receive it, you can give permission for another person to collect it. This permission has to be in written letter form or an email from your school address.
If interstate, email the college requesting your Certificate to be to sent to a particular address (you will need to include the address in full).
