This workshop will focus drumming for health and well-being, and is an activity-based, participatory workshop. Participants will be introduced to basic drumming techniques and rhythms to experience the joy and excitement of drumming first-hand.
The workshop will explore some of the many benefits of drumming over three sections: fun and social engagement, concentration and mindfulness, and energy and creativity.
No musical or drumming experience is necessary - everybody is welcome.
