Booking Information

Register and pay online using a Credit Card . Our Westpac’s Quickweb payment system is accessed through the Instrumental Music Program website.

To invoice to your existing School/Organisation, please email through your purchase order to the conference convenor.

A Student Discount is available for tertiary students currently enrolled in an education-related course. Student price is $70.00.

Booking Confirmation

Once a booking has been made you will automatically receive an email confirmation of your enrolment along with your ticket information and receipt. For bookings made using a school purchase order, your invoice will be billed directly to your school ‘s Business manager. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.

Payment Terms

For direct bookings, credit cards will be charged at the time of booking. When being invoiced using a purchase order, payment is required no later than 30 days from the invoice date.

Cancellations/ Non Attendance

Written notification of cancellation must be received by the conference convenor 48 hours prior to the advertised booking closing date (22^nd February 2018) in order for a refund to be made.

Failure to provide written notification of cancellation by this time may result in the forfeit of any refund.

Failure to attend this event without prior written cancellation before bookings close (22^nd February 2018) will result in the forfeit of your refund, and payment of your invoice will remain due and payable in full.

Certificates

Individual Certificates of Completion are provided for this event in your conference pack.

Bookings and payments must be made in advance.

What to Bring

Nothing but an open and optimistic attitude! All materials and catering are supplied. Some workshop sessions may require you to bring your own personal technology or a musical instrument. This will be outlined in the workshop details if required. Additional information may be emailed to registered session participants prior to the event date if necessary.

You may wish to bring a camera to capture your progress throughout the day as well as inspiration from the presenters and other participants. Please be sure permission has been granted before photographing another participants' face or artwork.

Free parking is available onsite at the School of Music and School of Art.
