TEXTBOOKS AND EQUIPMENT

Textbooks and other equipment issued to the student by the school are the property of East Penn School District. The student is solely and totally responsible for the same numbered book or other item that was issued to the student and must pay for its loss or damage. The same rule applies to all other school items, including band uniforms and all types of athletic equipment.
