The ability to re-lodge the Super Contribution Period is avaliable when the File Format within the Organisation is set to SuperChoice, and your payment has failed,
Direct Debit - there were insufficent funds in your account and the debit could not be actioned.
Direct Credit - SuperChoice did not recieve your payment within the 3 business days after the loddgement was sent.
Select Superannuation then View Super Contribtuons from the Side Navigation Menu.
Locate the Super Contribution Periiod you require by manually scrolling through the List, entering the relevant details into Search or choosing the Status within Advanced Filters.
Once you have located the Super Contribution Period, select Actions then Pay.
When the Process Payment Warning Message is displayed, select Acknowledge to re-lodge the Super Contribution Period. Otherwise, select Cancel.
The Processing Superannuation Contribution Lodgement Information Message is then displayed.
If the Lodgement is unsuccessful, the Issue Processing Superannuation Contribution Lodgement Error Message is displayed.

If the Lodgement is successful, the Superannuation Contribution Lodgement Accepted Success Message is displayed.
If you have chosen to pay the superannuation contributions by Direct Credit, the Payment Required Warning Message is displayed.
