How do I invite a Tax Practitioner as an e-PayDay Go (Tenant) User?

How to invite a Tax Practitioner as an e-PayDay Go® (Tenant) User.

Select Administration from the side navigation menu then select Users.

Select Invite Tax Practitioner.

Enter the Tax Practitioner's:

First Name,
Surname,
Email address
Phone Number.
User name you would like this user to log in with.

Select Save to save your changes.

An email titled "e-PayDay Go Tax Practitioner Invitation" is then automatically sent to the user, advising them to verify their account activation and enabling access to e-PayDay Go®. Please advise the invited user to check their spam or junk folder if they cannot locate this email.
