Dashboard

Once you are logged into your account, the dashboard is shown. It is used as a quick reference for upcoming important dates and Pay Run Amounts.

Edit Mode enables you to add and remove widgets and reset the dashboard to default.

Add Widget enables you to add further items to be shown within the Dashobard.

Reset Dashboard changes the Dashboard back to the default settings (all Widgets are added).

Save allows you to save your changes.

Add Widget Window

The Add Widget Window is displayed when Edit Mode is enabled within the Dashboard, and Add Widget has been chosen.

Priority Messages

Priority Messages requiring actioning are shown at the very top of the Dashboard directly below the Heading.

Announcements

Announcements show important information about the latest release, including any changes you need to be aware of.

Reminders

Reminders are shown when your Plan Level is Advanced, and Comments exist with the Reminder checkbox selected, allowing you to view and complete reminders. To set up a reminder, refer to How do I add or change Comments for a Payee?.

Current allows you to view the Current Reminders ONLY.

Completed allows you to view the Reminders marked as completed but not removed.

All allow you to view all Current and Completed Reminders.

Done allows you to select if the Reminder has been completed.
Payee details the Payee the Reminder has been set up for.
Date & Time details the Date and Time used for the Reminder.
Description details the information entered in Comments.
Remove allows you to remove the Reminder, which is only available for selection once Done has been selected.

The Reminder Text Colour is based on the Date & Time,

Black is used when the Reminder is either in the future or marked as Done.
Orange is used when the Reminder is due today.
Red is used when the Reminder is overdue.

Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Reminders you want to be shown per page.

Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Reminders.

Linked Accounts

Linked Accounts is automatically created when a Linked Account is added, and enables you to set up the ability to switch between the Tenant/User profile you are currently logged into and another Tenant/User profile that you use.

The Log In Button enables you to switch to the selected Tenant/User Profile quickly.

Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Reminders you want to be shown per page.

Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Reminders.

Birthdays Widget

Upcoming Birthdays shows all Payees with birthdates within the next three calendar months.

Anniversaries Widget

Upcoming Anniversaries show all Payees with commencement dates within the next three calendar months.

Mood-a-Rater™ Widget

Current Morale shows the average rating for each fiscal week based on the Payees selection within ClockMeIn (EPSS).

Pay Run YTD Gross Earnings and PAYGW

Pay Run YTD Gross Earnings and PAYGW shows a graph of each pay run's Gross Wages and PAYGW amounts.

Information and Warning Messages

The messages below are shown when specific actions are performed within e-PayDay Go.

Remove Reminder Warning Message

When Remove is selected for a completed reminder, the Remove Reminder Warning is shown. Select Yes to continue removing the Reminder. Otherwise, select No.

Remove Widget Warning Message

The Remove Widget Warning is shown when Edit Mode is enabled within the Dashboard, and the remove (x) button is selected in the top right-hand corner of the widget.

Reset Dashboard Warning Message

The Reset Dashboard Warning is displayed when Edit Mode is enabled within the Dashboard and the Reset Dashboard button is selected.
