RULES AND REGULATIONS

● Each class may represent any football nation of their choice.

● Teams should creatively showcase the culture, colours, supporters, traditions, and football spirit of their chosen nation.

● Face painting, team costumes, jerseys, flags, banners, and creative props are encouraged.

● Each team will be allotted a maximum of 3 minutes for the Flash Mob Performance.

● All props used on stage must be safe and should not damage the stage, auditorium, or institutional property.

● Performances should be appropriate to the academic, cultural, and institutional atmosphere of DVK.

● Vulgar, offensive, political, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

● Participants are expected to uphold the values of sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, fraternity, and fair play.

● Teams shall be responsible for arranging their own costumes, props, and supporting materials.

● The organizing committee reserves the right to modify event procedures if necessary for the smooth conduct of the competition.

● Failure to comply with the rules may result in deduction of marks or disqualification.

● The decision of the judges and organizing committee shall be final and binding on all participants.

● Face Painting and Creativity (15 Marks)

● Team Costumes & Appearance (20 Marks)

● Flags, Banners & Creative Props (15 Marks)

● Crowd Engagement & Team Spirit (15 Marks)

● National Representation & Theme (10 Marks)

● 3-Minute Flash Mob Performance (25 Marks)

MUSIC SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

● Format: WAV only

● Duration: Maximum 3 Minutes

● File Name Format: Lot No – Country.wav

● Submission Deadline: 09 July 2026, 06:00 PM

● Submit To: lca@dvk.in

● Only one final edited track shall be submitted per class.

● Late submissions will not be accepted.

● Files in formats other than WAV will be rejected.
