Junior 4.0 Awards
Each Downey High Junior who has achieved a cumulative 4.0 GPA or higher receives a $100.00 award from Dr. Mary Stauffer. Dr. Stauffer believes in students, believes in our community, and believes in education. These 124 Juniors are amazing examples of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. These Juniors are not only amazing students in the classroom, but many of them are active leaders on campus and our community. They do what they can on a regular basis to spread the Vike Vibe!
