JOB FUNCTIONS
Review and submit various SWD reports to interagency committees;
Assist in the conduct of Planning Workshop on Regional Development Council-Social Development Committee;
Prepare and disseminate summary of agreements reached during the program planning and evaluation workshop;
Assist in the conduct and document the regional CSO Budget consultation and signing of Budget Partnership Agreement;
Assists in the review budget consultation/budget hearing cue cards/reports;
Assists in the Consolidation of the work and financial plan, regional annual budget proposal with physical targets;
Act as Secretariat to the Performance Management Team;
Review OPC Targets and ensures cascading of OPC KRAs to divisions, units, RPMO and Centers and Institutions;
Assists in the conduct of workshop for the formulation of Regional targets and indicators based on the organizational results framework;
Reviews implementation of PPA’s based on the approved Regional commitments on Annual thrusts and priorities;
Provides inputs in the submitted Sectoral Plans and Accomplishment Reports based on the Regional Development Plans particularly on Social Welfare and Development issues;
Review, analyze and provide inputs to the Regional Narrative Reports;
Assist in the orientation of HPMES;
Provides technical assistance in the HPMES report preparation;
Consolidate report on LGU Compliance to SWD Laws;
Assist in the preparation of project proposal on research agenda;
Prepares office results framework;
Consolidate inputs from different unit using Form 1-A;
Convene RPMET and summarize agreements of the meeting;
Initiates formulation of the Field Office Results Framework and Monitoring and Evaluation Plan;
Consolidates, reviews, analyzes and package the assessment report of the Field Office.
