JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide therapeutic activities associated with leisure, such as sports, socialization, (dancing, singing, film viewing, etc.) therapeutic play, arts and crafts, lectures based on the assessed needs of the residents in group and individual.
Prepare session report / documentation of activities conducted to be submitted to RCF Head.
Formulate intervention plan for those residents availing of the activity / session and coordinate with the psychologist and other members of the rehabilitation team and present during rehabilitation team meetings.
Prepare a monthly progress report for clients who underwent session / activity.
Assist in capacitating the residents through life skills value inculcation and other opportunities that will improve residents’ self-image by becoming responsible adults.
Submit periodic reports and other reportorial requirements as evidential outputs for performance evaluation.
Participate / Assist in various center’s activities.
Prepare project proposals relative to the identified activities that will be provided to the clients.
Recommends the formation or modification of policies and procedures relative to psychological services to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Attend Capability Building Activities and Provide Feedback Report.
Carry out delegated responsibility and other related tasks that may be assigned.

Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
