Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Guidelines in the Implementation of Recovery and Reintegration Program for Trafficked Persons
Coordinate/refer with Local Government Unit (LGU) the TIP clients for close monitoring and proper intervention
Prepare individual case folders with social case study reports and other pertinent documents (Recovery and Reintegrated Forms, Assessment Forms, etc.)
Submit and encode cases of TIP clients on the National Recovery and Reintegrated Database (NRRD)
Conduct home visitations to the clients especially those who were provided with economic assistance and submit home visit/monitoring report, not more than 3 working days to the Regional Director and PMB
Organize and maintain the project files and records including project reports, memoranda, etc.
Prepare and submit the necessary technical reports (project status report/updates and quarterly
Develop the Regional Directory of Resources and submit to the PMB
Act as Secretariat of the Regional Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking-Violence Against Women (RIACAT-VAWC)
Act as a case manager of trafficking cases where victim-survivor/s is/are from LGU with no available registered Social Worker
Assist in Rescue Operations of Victim-Survivors of Trafficking in Persons
Act as resource person in the different capacity building and advocacy campaigns related to trafficking in person
Provide technical assistance to LGUs on the program for trafficked persons
Assist trafficked children during court hearings
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
