JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide secretarial and technical support function to the Quality Management Team including coordination and collaboration QMY-PMT (Central Office), Process Manager/ Implementers and QMT Committees to ensure efficient, effective, and timely delivery of services;
Responsible for the documentation of proceedings of QMT and safekeeping of documents relative to the implementation of the Quality Management System;
Contribute to the policy review and development for the improvement of strategies, systems and processes, and aligning such with ISO 9001 standards;
Reports and/ or recommends to Top Management QMS-related matters;
Ensure that all activities/ proceedings are completed within the timeliness as provided under RA 11032 or set by the QMT-PMT Central Office;
Conduct QMT Meetings to discuss and deliberate the updates as well as issues and concerns in the implementation of the QMP every quarter and/ or whenever necessary;
Prepare recalibrated strategies and timeliness related to the QMS implementation and recommend the same to the top management as necessary;
Provide updates during the Management Review; and,
Perform other tasks as necessary.
Likewise, the PDO II is also needed to of the following:
Ensure proper coordination, implementation, monitoring, and full compliance DSWD to the requirements of RA No. 11032 also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 and its IRR, issuances of the Anti-Red Tape Authority, as well as compliance to DSWDs internal issuance such as the DSWD AO No. 20 s. 2019 otherwise known as the Guidelines on the DSWD Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery, among others, harmonized with the ISO 9001 Standards and vice-versa; and,
Monitor and follow up on Performance Governance System date requirements.
EXPECTED OUTPUT
Quarterly/semestral. Annual SFP statistical and narrative report;
Consolidation of the Monthly Physical/ Financial Accomplishment of provinces;
Case Management Report on target severely undernourished beneficiaries;
Reports on the conducted monitoring, evaluation, and provision of technical assistance to partner LGUs and other stakeholders with analysis and recommendation;
Documentation Reports of LGUs which includes documentation of good practices augmentation support of LGUs to SFP funds and other significant accomplishments.
