Hello, my name is Zen Turner, and I am a student at Drew Charter School. My favorite subjects are English, science, and photography. I like to invest my time in improving as a photographer, connecting with my family, reading, and writing film. I have a deep love for film and stories, and I love analyzing stories from indie films to minimalistic cinematography. Currently, I am writing films to promote each piece for my clothing brand, combining my passions for storytelling and visual art to create a unique narrative experience for my audience.

My goal is to become a doctor and bridge the gap between medical professionals and patients, ensuring effective health communication and ethical practices in medicine. Ever since my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I experienced a turning point in my life, realizing the importance of community and support. This inspired me to pursue a career in science on a premed track. Additionally, learning about the Tuskegee Experiment and Henrietta Lacks further fueled my passion to perfect health communication and ensure transparency and trust in medical practices. As a future doctor, I aim to contribute positively to the field, advocating for patient rights and fostering meaningful connections. Not only that, I want to perfect my art mediums in videography, photography, and clothing design to better my label, combining my passions for science and art to create a holistic approach to healthcare and personal expression.

In my leisure time, I immerse myself in activities that spark my creativity. Traveling has been particularly influential in shaping my interests, especially in photography and fashion. Visits to vibrant locations like New York, Canada, Portugal, and Paris, as well as other countries and states, have inspired me to capture the essence of diverse cultures through a camera lens. The architectural beauty of Paris, the street style of New York, and the picturesque landscapes of Portugal have deepened my appreciation for unique aesthetics. These experiences have not only enhanced my love for photography but also fueled my passion for fashion, as I explore how culture and style intersect in every destination I visit. I look forward to continuing this creative journey through new adventures.
