Beta Club

I have been a proud member of the BETA Club at Drew Charter School since 7th grade. The BETA Club isn't just about academic achievements; it's about joining a community of like-minded students who come together to showcase our talents and make a positive impact. At the end of the first semester each year, we participate in an exciting event called the Convention. This gathering is a wonderful opportunity for BETA members from different schools to connect, compete, and celebrate our shared commitment to excellence.

One of my most memorable experiences with the BETA Club was my first submission for the Convention. My friends and I choreographed a dance to promote our BETA Club president. Our hard work and creativity paid off as our president eventually won and became the BETA Club president for all of Georgia. It was an incredible moment that highlighted the power of teamwork and dedication.

In 10th grade, I made my second submission to the Convention, this time in the form of a monochrome photo of my school. This artistic expression allowed me to capture the essence of our school community and share it with others. Being part of the BETA Club has not only allowed me to develop my talents but also to be part of a supportive and inspiring community.
