For this assignment I used the freestyle technique and poured paint in a randomized area of the canvas. I believe the black paint was the least dense because it rose to the top and didnt cover any area of the painting, I think the red paint was the most dense because it covered majority of the painting. I also used tape to make a image under the paint.

During class we learned about phsyical changes in copper. Copper undergoes a color change because of something called oxidation. Oxidation is what made the statue turn from bronze to green. To the left is a image of copper after applying heat.
