"The Shadows of Pine Hollow" is a short film created by Zen Turner, Emma Davis, Shiloh Tom, Gertie Husted, Jaylen Paul, and Oskar Forstater. The Monster PBL (Project-Based Learning) project is an interdisciplinary assignment where students create a short film that explores the concept of monstrosity. The story follows FBI Agent April Bachman investigating the mysterious disappearance of Eliza Wagner in a decaying mansion located in an isolated Appalachian town. As the investigation unfolds, April discovers disturbing secrets about the Wagner family and the monstrous figure haunting Pine Hollow. The script explores themes of economic despair, social isolation, and the psychological effects of prolonged neglect.
