Arithmetic and geometric sequences
I chose this work beacuse it was the most recent ixl assignment we did. The strengths i showed was being able to do both types of sequences and getting better at them as i kept doing it more and more. Some opportunities for improvement could be going back and doing more of the ixl to get more practice in. It relates to the standard because it was apart of the final. I would want my teacher to know that i did my best on this assignment and put in the work that was needed.
Multiple Representations of Functions Pop Quiz
i choose this work because i got an 23.5/24 on it. The strengths i've showed is determing if it was a function or not and puting things in slope intercept form. Opportunites for improvement could be looking back at my test after i finish and before i turn it in also after its handed back to me so i can see what i missed and work on it to do better next time. This relates to the standard because it was a pop quiz. I would want my teacher to know that im pretty proud of myself .
Newton's rockets
The element of art is space and we used this because when the rocket went up there was space between the rocket and the ground. Our desgin process was first we did research on how to make it and then we got all our materials and put them together. Next, we picked out a corc and measured it in our bottle then we used a funnel to pour vinegar into the bottle and then we added more straws for balance. When we ended up testing the rocket we noticed that it didnt really move anywhere and then we tried it for a second time and it stayed in the same place. One thing we could've did better was getting a better corc. The principles of desgin we used were movement and balance. This is newtons 3rd law because every action has opposite or equal reaction. In this case the action was the bottle being shaken up and the reaction was it boosting up off the gound.

The assignment was to create a cradle. We hot glued wood sticks together to create a three dimensional square then we hot glued marbles to a string and then all the strings to the square. When doing this assignment i used form as one of the elements of art. This was used because we created a three dimensional shape using wood sticks. Another form that was used was space because the space around and in between is negative. The principles of design that were used in this assignment where movement and emphasis. Movement is used by someone picking up the end marble then relasing it onto the other ones to make them move. Emphasis is used when the balls at the end are moving.

I made a instagram account.I made it by using the app on my phone and naming the username and password something relating to the immersive experience. I incorporated the theme of water by including facts. Im most proud of keeping up with the progress when it came to the immersive experience like from how we started out to the finishing thing. One thing i would change is the work i put on the page, i’d put more effort into it and post more items on it.
