I chose my artist by going on the website that was provided and scrolling through to see which artist’s artwork I felt most touched by and that I could recreate into my own. My artwork is related because I used the same technique as him with the multiple lines and different colors. The editing decisions I made were using only 3 lines, filling up the whole page, using my favorite colors and adding  the other colors to the bigger colors. I decided to do a full page instead of a half page because dr. kurt told me the painting looked unfinished and it would look better if I filled up the whole page. I also chose to do my favorite colors in the painting because that’s what makes it special to me  and if i chose to do any color in the world it would be those.
