What is Drew like? How is Drew different than other schools? Why did you choose to attend Drew?
When coming to Drew, I always knew life would be different for me. I came to Drew Charter in the 4th grade, not knowing I'd be here for the rest of my time in primary school. Drew was always more focused on the learning aspect and creating a safe environment for the young men, women, and children who attended the school. Sports were never really a huge factor at our school due to not having a football team, but the admin and staff did their best to give us a good high school experience. Despite not receiving the true high school experience most people receive, I'm glad that I went to Drew instead of going to some other ordinary public school. At Drew its clear that the students are loved and cared for, and with the small number of people in each grade level, it's way easier for staff and especially the counseling team to connect with. Whereas at another school, there could be 500 students, making it harder for staff to connect with each one on a personal level and actually giving them each truly what they need to be successful. So I thank Drew, and the different high school experience it has given me, I wouldn't change it for the world.
