Our Unit One Project was to make a game using translations. We had a character was based off an element that had to get to an objective with translations. We also made an animation at the end to show the correct path.
In this activity myself and a partner had to determine which triangles were similar, and patch them into pairs.
For this activity we got a cookie or tortilla and used them as circles to give a real life example of the circle formulas that we were learning. We answered questions on the cookie or tortilla and the different angles that we created while cutting them up.
For every unit we would have a digital notebook. This is where we did all of our notes and the majority of our practice and work. We would learn everything about the unit with these notebooks.
