Columbian Exchange Cooking Video

For this project we had to film a 5-minute video of us cooking a meal. We were given a hemisphere to choose certain ingredients from. I was given the western hemisphere. The meal I chose to make was a baked potato with turkey, pepper, and hot sauce.
