“To teach is to learn twice over”
They may forget what you said, but they will not forget how you made them feel. The PD Cell training sessions helped us grow as teachers which in turn helped our classrooms better and much more engaging.
In these sessions, we were taught new active learning strategies, classroom management techniques, and activity-based teaching methods. This has helped our students understand our learning methods much better and grow in excellence. These training sessions helped us teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviours, approaches, methodologies and skills, which help us perform our tasks effectively in classrooms, schools, and broader communities. The teacher's training program promoted strategies that enhanced the teaching abilities of an educator. Just like a student, every teacher needs to understand their own skills to find a teaching strategy that suits them. Identifying age-appropriate teaching methods and implementing them successfully in the classroom is also essential.
I thank Principal Madam and the management for giving us this opportunity to learn and grow individually as a person. Saying "thank you" is not enough for me to express how grateful I am for the support over the years. I am really excited and look forward to delivering the results expected from me.
