She Who Became It
“In a dark time, the mind begins to see.” - Theodere Roethke
The demons took hold of her mind,
Their darkness made her blind.
Her heart was icy cold,
Holding tears of memories untold.
She had a past no one knew,
Nothing she ever said was true.
Her eyes were black as night,
Not a ray of visible light.
Possessed by an entity unknown,
Her emotions were as complex as a stone.
She had seen death and sorrow,
She knew what to do to live for tomorrow.
She used to relish in evil,
Her greatest disgust was towards people.
The demons took hold of her mind,
Their darkness made her blind.
Now she was a creature who couldn’t be defined,
With a body made of dark forces combined.

Contemplation
Here again, under the same tree
Surrounded by the same shrubs
Another hour, for another feel
For a while, time breaks down the movement
For a while, the visions can open
And sometimes they start to speak
Some survive, some still try,
Some love it, while others cry
But some, are ready to die.
While I still wait until the hour passes by.
Now I walk around the city in silence
And a single voice will start to talk again
The voice, always sounds the same
At that moment, I feel the change
A Change in melody brought by other views
Yes, still walking without any clue,
Now what?
What am I supposed to do?
I have tried every move
Nothing changes, and nothing’s new
Maybe the deepest thought
Is still right and true.

A New Beginning
The school that every morning
would lift my gears,
Is not the same after ten long years
A mix of thoughts wandered in my mind,
Those unclear expectations made me blind!
Yes, with this, l wore my uniform
Now that it looked in a different form
Blue to green was the only change
But who will address the mind's norm?
The wind breezed straight into the bus,
As if taking away all the fuzz!
A long breath as I stepped down
And looked at the greens around
Bagging new dreams in the new school
The prayer proved to be my fuel.
Unknown classmates and teachers made me their's
New friends, a new class, and everyone cares
How did we mingle so soon?
Has been a mystery, though
Today is the day, by a week we grow
Time’s got wings, it swiftly flew
Making newbies pretty used to
Now I've gotta a kick start
To place my arrow on a new dart!

I Am Tall
(Dedicated to all the Taller ones out there in the crowd)
Yes, I am tall
Enough to get visible from a distance apart, acting as a lighthouse to guide people.
Yes, I am tall
Enough to change the light bulbs, dust the fans and cobwebs to lend a helping hand to my mom.
Yes, I am tall
With just a jump my hand would reach the basket and would with one step cover the whole ramp.
Yes, I am tall
Probably more than an average man, to give them complexes and perform their tasks better than themselves.
Yes, I am tall
Probably so much that the world couldn't attach many labels on my back as they couldn't reach up to the top.
Yes, I am tall
So much so that I could climb up to the top leaving behind 50,000 people to grab the gold medal at my university.
Yes, I am tall
A lot more relief to my budget that I don't need to spend hefty bills for flaunting heels.
Yes, I am tall,
I Was born to break apart every wall
Without any fear of rise and fall,
To make lightning echoe across the hall.
Yes, I am tall.

We the Women…..
We, the women….. give life
We are a daughter, a mother, and a wonderful wife
We have the magical power
To do things flawlessly at the eleventh hour
We are the depiction of love
Sweet, tender, and gentle as a dove
We are self-assured
We remove uncertainty
We stand by the truth
And nurture each other’s dignity

What starts with the letter T, is filled with T and ends in T?
How do you go from 98 to 720 using just one letter?
I am a number with a couple of friends, a quarter of a dozen, and you'll find me again. What am I?
I am beautiful, up in the sky. I am magical, yet I cannot fly. To people, I bring luck, to some people, riches. The boy at my end does whatever he wishes. What am I?
