A GUIDE TO SERVICES, PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Brought to you by First Call.

Message from the Executive Director – Trena A. Marsal

In DPS Facility Management, we work every day to be the place where “quality learning environments” are created and supported. We strive to build partnerships and relationships both internally and externally to align our goals as a Department to the learning goals of our District, School Leaders and Community. In this effort, we invest in the development of our team, we model the way with our shared core values and we research innovative ways to improve our processes, procedures and the way we do business in supporting and serving our customers.

Communication, education and clarity around what we do and the “why” around what we do is important to build the trust and a solid foundation as we all continue to perform the most critical work of supporting and educating our students.

The Team DPS Handbook is designed to provide critical information to all of our customers (partners) across the District. This guide introduces Team DPS to the Department of Facility Management and provides answers to many questions around the work.

I am proud to say that my team plays for TEAM DPS!
