Guidance facilitates people throughout their lives to manage their own educational, training, occupational, personal, social and life choices so that they reach their full potential and contribute to the development of a better society. This is the agreed definition of guidance of the National Forum on Guidance (2007).
The Adult Guidance and Information Service of Donegal ETB offers free, impartial and confidential information, advice and counselling on education and training options within Donegal, regionally and nationally.

Those in employment looking to upskill/retrain

Mental Health Support and Resources
A number of mental health resources are available to Donegal ETB students.
The Adult Guidance and Information Service is one resource available to students in need of mental health support. The service will assist you to make contact with the appropriate support service where needed.
