You can reset your students passwords from the staff intranet whether you're on or off campus.
Passwords expire every 180 days and it's important for students to reset their passwords when they expire so that they can continue to access e-resources, emails, cloud drives and their VLE as well as all other college related accounts.

Untitled: Mar 13, 2020 1:05 PM.webmYou can find the student password reset tool on the staff intranet, under the tab "Business Resources" at the top of the page and then scrolling down to "Tools" and clicking on the button "Student Password Reset".
From here, you type in the students DC number and click search. Always check that the correct name appears on the right hand-side and then move onto the password box. Type in the new password here and click on the "Set Password" button and wait for the message on the bottom to let you know if the new password has been set.
