Lecturers can manage their frequently asked questions (FAQs) for each of their module by navigating to the module landing page, then to module tools > module admin.
The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) tool in Brightspace enables lecturers to provide answers to a list of common questions that your students might have. Although it is a fairly basic tool (questions and answers are organized into categories), it is be a great way to avoid repeating information that all of your students would benefit from knowing.
When creating a new question , there are three boxes to complete. [1] For the category, either select an existing category or select [New category]. [2] For the question, there is a text-only box to pose your question. [3] For the answer, the answer area provides the full functionality of Brightspace's HTML editor: you can include formatting, images, videos and links. Click Save to return to the Manage FAQ screen or Save and New to add a new question.
