Discipline and Student Conduct
At Haluban National High School, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and values-driven learning environment where students can grow both academically and morally. This section provides an overview of our Student Handbook, Code of Conduct, the role of the Prefect of Discipline, and our Child Protection Policy—all working together to guide student behavior and ensure their well-being.
Our Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for student behavior, grounded in the principles of respect, responsibility, honesty, and courtesy. The Student Handbook serves as a comprehensive guide to school rules, learner responsibilities, disciplinary procedures, and policies that help maintain a positive school culture.
The Prefect of Discipline plays a vital role in implementing fair and consistent discipline, mentoring students, and fostering a culture of accountability and personal growth.
Aligned with DepEd’s Child Protection Policy, our school also upholds the rights of every learner to be protected from abuse, bullying, exploitation, and any form of harm. We are proactive in promoting a safe and inclusive environment through clear reporting mechanisms, awareness initiatives, and support systems.
Together, we promote discipline not as a form of punishment, but as a path to responsibility, character development, and a safe, learner-friendly school community.
