Helpful Websites and Online Resources for Teachers and Students

DepEd LMS Portal

The DepEd LMS portal is a Learning Management System (LMS) developed by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines. It serves as a digital platform for students, teachers, and administrators to access educational resources, participate in online classes, submit assignments, and engage in other learning activities.

Note: Log in using your Microsoft 365 account. Contact your School ICT Coordinator to request for logins.

Microsoft 365 Login Page

Office 365 for DepEd (Department of Education) students refers to a suite of free online Microsoft tools and services provided to students in the Philippines. This includes web versions of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams, along with cloud storage and other collaborative features. It's designed to support students' learning and productivity by offering access to these tools for free through their DepEd email accounts.

Note: Contact your School ICT Coordinator to request for Office 365 account login.

DepEd Commons

DepEd Commons is an online platform developed by the Department of Education (DepEd) to support distance learning for Filipino learners, particularly during periods when face-to-face classes are disrupted. It provides access to free, open educational resources (OER) and teacher-made learning materials, including weekly lessons for each grade level and subject area. The platform aims to ensure that learning continues even when traditional classroom settings are unavailable.

Note: You can login using your Gmail account or Microsoft Office 365 account. For 365 account, select Region 5-2 upon log in.

DepEd LR Portal

The Learning Resources Management and Development System (LRMDS) is designed to support increased distribution and access to learning, teaching and professional development resources at the Region, Division and School/Cluster levels of DepEd.

DepEd YouTube TV

DepEd TV, also known as Department of Education Television, is a television-based learning platform created by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines. It's a key component of the DepEd's distance learning initiatives, designed to provide educational content to students through television broadcasts and online platforms.

DEXUS - CHEDRO5

The DEXUS Student Portal, is officially part of CHED Region V’s (Bicol Region) Data Exchange Unified System (DEXUS). It’s a platform where students can:

Create or access their personal account (or register if new)
Submit applications for CHED scholarship programs (especially for CHED Merit Scholarships and other StuFAPs).
Track application status, manage scholarship data, and monitor award progress
