Haluban National High School proudly operates under the K to 12 Enhanced Basic Education Curriculum of the Department of Education. We offer a complete Junior High School program from Grade 7 to Grade 10, and an expanding Senior High School program for Grades 11 and 12.

Currently, our Senior High School provides two distinct tracks:

• Academic Track – General Academic Strand (GAS)

• Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track – ICT Strand: Computer System Servicing (CSS NC II)
  
  

These SHS offerings aim to equip our students with foundational knowledge, career readiness, and industry-relevant skills, enabling them to pursue higher education, employment, or entrepreneurship after graduation.

Located in Zone 5 of Barangay Haluban, Lupi, Camarines Sur, Haluban National High School is one of the seven secondary schools serving the municipality. It is also one of the schools under the supervision of the Department of Education – Division of Camarines Sur. The school is approximately 7 kilometers from the Maharlika Highway and 8 kilometers from the Andaya Highway. It is accessible via motorcycle, tricycle, jeepney, or boat. Both the roads from the Maharlika Highway and Andaya Highway are nearly fully concreted.

Founded in 1980, the school stands on a 0.435-hectare property generously donated by Mr. Modesto M. Montañez, Sr. Over the years, the school has steadily developed its facilities to support both academic and technical instruction. The campus features:

• Five (5) instructional classrooms for Junior High School

• Four (4) instructional classrooms for Senior High School

• One (1) two-storey ICT Laboratory Building

• One (1) two-storey Science Laboratory Building

• One (1) canteen building

• One (1) property custodian building

• An office for the School Head

• One (1) concrete stage and a mini pavilion

• A small school ground used for sports and assemblies
  
  

Around 60% of the school perimeter is enclosed with a concrete fence. Several classrooms are fitted with functional toilets and lavatories for sanitation. However, the school does not have access to a potable water supply and instead utilizes a deep well and a rainwater collection system to meet its water needs for toilet use and general cleaning.

Electricity is supplied by CASURECO I through the local grid. Despite this, the school continues to face challenges in terms of internet connectivity and mobile network reception, which affects timely access to online portals and DepEd updates.

As of the current school year, Haluban National High School serves a total of 334 enrolled learners: 221 in Junior High School and 113 in Senior High School. The school is manned by a committed workforce consisting of:

• 10 Junior High School teachers

• 5 Senior High School teachers

• 8 non-teaching personnel
