In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 90 issued by the Office of the President, and following the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), all classes and government work in Camarines Sur, including Haluban National High School, are suspended today, Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

This suspension is due to persistent heavy rains brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), intensified by Tropical Depression Dante, which continue to pose risks of flooding and landslides across affected areas in Luzon.

The safety and well-being of our students, teachers, and staff remain our top priority. We encourage everyone to stay indoors, monitor weather updates from reliable sources, and take necessary precautions.
